These Terms of Service govern your use of MineMineMine, published by Seagull Games Studios. By downloading or playing the game you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MineMineMine. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the game you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play MineMineMine for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the game.

3. In-App Purchases

MineMineMine offers optional in-app purchases of virtual currency (Diamonds) and cosmetic items processed through Google Play. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Google Play policy. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

We are committed to fair play: all game content is achievable without spending. Purchases provide convenience and cosmetic options only.

4. Accounts

You may play anonymously or link a Google Play Games account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorised software to gain an advantage
• Attempt to access or modify game servers or data
• Use the game for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All game content — graphics, sounds, code, and design — is the property of Seagull Games Studios or its licensors. MineMineMine is an independent game and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Mojang or Microsoft.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seagull Games Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
